A gentler class, perfect for beginners to learn the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates.
We meet your body where it's at & work on building strength & flexibility in a supportive, fun environment.
Suitable for beginners & those wanting to make a difference to your overall wellbeing & start your Reformer Pilates journey.
A high energy fun class where we explore the advanced side of the reformer repertoire spiced up with modern moves.
Expect a challenging class that will include back bends, headstands & balance work.
Suitable for experienced clients wanting to deepen their practice.
Not suitable for beginners, pregnancy or clients with injuries, osteoporosis or back conditions.
Beginners class introduces you to the Pilates reformer & the original repertoire as designed by Joesph Pilates.
Learn the foundation moves & how to use the equipment in a relaxed class setting with plenty of support & good vibes along the way.
