We are a boutique studio with 4 Pilates reformers that are easily adjusted to suit your body & ability. We have 4 different types of reformer classes so have a read before you book. Class content is always varied to keep things interesting & your brain active too!
If you are new to reformer Pilates then book a spot in the beginners class on Tuesdays 5pm.

A high energy fun class where we explore the advanced side of the reformer repertoire spiced up with modern moves.
Expect a challenging class that will include back bends, headstands & balance work.
Suitable for experienced clients wanting to deepen their practice.
Not suitable for beginners, pregnancy or clients with injuries, osteoporosis or back conditions.
Stretch & Strengthen
A gentler class perfect for beginners & our golden clients wanting to get some exercise that feels good on the back & joints.
We meet your body where it's at & work on building strength & flexibility.
Suitable for beginners, 65+ clients & those wanting to learn the foundations of reformer Pilates.
Beginners class introduces you to the Pilates reformer & the original repertoire as designed by Joesph Pilates.
Learn the foundation moves & how to use the equipment in a relaxed class setting with plenty of support & good vibes along the way.
