We are a boutique studio with 4 Pilates reformers that are easily adjusted to suit your body & ability. We have 3 different types of reformer classes so have a read before you book. Class content is always varied to keep things interesting & your brain active too!
If you are new to our studio book a personal session first so we can introduce you to our teaching style & equipment. We want to know about you & your body too!

Stretch & Strengthen
A gentler class perfect for beginners & our golden clients wanting to get some exercise that feels good on the back & joints.
We meet your body where it's at & work on building strength & flexibility.
Suitable for beginners, 65+ clients & those wanting to learn the foundations of reformer Pilates.
A high energy fun class where we explore the advanced side of the reformer repertoire spiced up with modern moves.
Expect a challenging class that will include back bends, headstands, standing work on the reformer & much more!
Suitable for experienced clients wanting to deepen their practice.
Not suitable for beginners, pregnancy or clients with injuries, osteoporosis or back conditions.
Our most popular class is designed to move the body in all the ways it can!
An energetic & fun class that works on conditioning & strengthening, balance work, back bends, moving planks & much more

Suitable for clients with reformer experience or an have done an intro session with us.
Personalised sessions are tailor made to suit your body & fitness level.
We use the Pilates reformer, tower & chair to create a movement program that will strengthen your body & increase flexibility & balance.

What to bring
Please bring your water bottle & grip socks to wear on the reformer - we have Move Active socks available to purchase in the studio $15 a pair. Wear something you can move & stretch in comfortably.
