All appointments must be paid in advance. 

Your session can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours prior. 

Packages & concessions are non refundable, non transferrable & are valid for 3 months.  

Bring your own water bottle to sessions.

Socks must be worn in the studio when using the equipment - Pilates socks are available to purchase for $20.

Stay away if you are unwell - we will refuse entry if you are sick.

Use the hand sanitiser provided before & after your session.

Please be respectful of others in group sessions & put your phone on silent.

Exercising in our studio is at your own risk.
